Our Inspectors will providing you with a comprehensive, high quality and reliable inspection of your home, or potential home.
Following the completion of your home inspection, you will be issued a summary report detailing items such as:
- life-safety issue
- end of their useful life span
- will cost more than $1000 to repair
An electronic version of the inspection report will be sent to you via e-mail within 24 hrs of your inspection. The report is detailed and comprehensive, documenting the home's condition, as observed at the time of the inspection.You will also receive free phone consultations regarding your new home.
A Barclay Home Inspection includes a thorough visual investigation of the home's readily accessible features, major systems and their components such as:
- Roof
- Exterior
- Structure and foundation
- Heating or cooling systems
- Insulation and ventilation
- Plumbing
- Interior
